i-Ready Tradeshow Experience
Based on the foundational corporate message "Connection Creates Impact," the in-person event experience was developed to align with the newly established i-Ready branding. The primary objective was to adopt a tech-forward strategy that would i-Ready as the premier EdTech platform and create meaningful connections with customers.
Key design objectives included: inherent modular and flexibility, enhanced customer connection and engagement, an extended booth lifespan of at least five years, reduced graphic printing costs, and the creation of distinctive lead capture opportunities.

Modularity was key for the booth design since it would have to work in a wide variety of sizes and configurations.
Make the Grade
The booth was designed to include four primary components each conceptually inspired by a familiar space within a school including a digital classroom, a library, a teacher's lounge, and a school store.
The boxy architecture inspired by the familiar i-Ready cube was intended to capitalize on and expand the brand equity.
Our primary goal was to deliver an impactful experience that would leave a lasting impression, encourage customer engagement, and create meaningful connections.
Putting the "Tech" in EdTech
Digital screens were integrated throughout the space to bring the booth to life through dynamic video content while reducing the need for frequent, costly print graphics. The 12' central tower alone featured four vertically mounted 80" screens, each showcasing branded video content.
We also designed an interactive kiosk experience, which provided visitors a self-guided product tour, the ability to email materials, and a streamlined way to capture leads. During its debut event the kiosk was responsible for increasing lead capture by more than 50% over the previous year.
Create Impact
The exterior corner of the digital classroom features an impressive 16-foot tall LED wall presenting dynamic video content developed specifically for the booth and intended to establish a strong visual presence that could be seen throughout the show hall.
