i-Ready Tradeshow Experience

Based on the foundational corporate message "Connection Creates Impact," the in-person event experience was developed to align with the newly established i-Ready branding. The primary objective was to adopt a tech-forward strategy that would position the full i-Ready portfolio as the premier EdTech platform and create meaningful connections with customers.

Key design objectives included: inherent modular and flexibility, enhanced customer connection and engagement, an extended booth lifespan of at least five years, reduced graphic printing costs, and the creation of distinctive lead capture opportunities.

The Booth design consists of four modular components each conceptually inspired by a familiar space within a school including a digital classroom, a library, a lounge, and a school store. Boxy forms inspired by the ubiquitous i-Ready cube capitalize on and expand the brand equity. 

Digital screens were incorporated throughout the booth to increase the use of dynamic video content and decrease the need for costly graphic printing at each event. The 12 foot tall central tower alone includes four vertically mounted 80" televisions.

Create Impact

The exterior corner of the digital classroom features an impressive 16-foot tall LED wall presenting dynamic video content developed specifically for the booth and to emphasize the corner architecture.
