In 1999, Bill Gates decided that Microsoft would begin to develop a game console that he envisioned would not only challenge Sony Playstation, the industry's indisputable leader, but that would revolutionize the home gaming industry. The Duke, code name for the launch controller during development, was designed to ship as part of Microsoft's introduction to the gaming space, XBOX.
i-Ready Interactive Product Tour
As an extension of the i-Ready brand development work and part of the overall event experience initiative, we identified the need for additional in-booth lead capture opportunities. The interactive kiosk we developed was designed to be a self-guided, "choose your own adventure" product tour for booth visitors.

Lead Capture Made Easy
Displayed on 80" touch-screen monitor kiosks throughout the booth, the device encourages engagement with looping video content when the kiosk is untouched. A CTA in the screen's corner, invites guests to touch the screen to begin their experience.
Displayed on 80" touch-screen monitor kiosks throughout the booth, the experience includes 18 interactive flipbook brochures and a variety of other assets that users can choose to email directly to their inbox. On the backend user data, including the resource they selected, is captured directly into the sales CRM and are entered into a marketing automation funnel.

Once touched, the kiosk presents the entire i-Ready portfolio of brands and offers users a chance to filter products to view those that align with their preferences.
The experience, which features 18 interactive flipbook brochures along with various other assets, allows users to conveniently email resources directly to their inbox.
In the backend, user information, including the selected resource, is automatically recorded in the sales CRM, and the user is instantly added to a marketing automation funnel.
